The abandoned love.
“They Fear love because it creates a world they can’t control.“
George Orwell
There are two ways to thrive in life. Two patterns. Totally opposite. And humans seem to insist on the negative one.
What do we do with the energy of abandonment? Do you know one of the backbones of Olympic achievement is often abandonment?
I both cheer and despair with this knowing.
Knowing it is possible to over come anything. Every abuse to survive. To thrive.
I despair because I want to live in a world where the currency is love. Not the desire to prove. Heal through the success. I worry this just fulfils the same patterns. That need for a pedestal. The worship. is not sustainable. It’s not a currency I can fully believe in. Knowing that it will breed another generation without a stable true base.
Those who overcome abandonment and abuse to truly love. As a pure energetic clean exchange are the real heroes.
The ones deserving of medals for an accomplished soul.
To allow the flow of true pure love having not grown up without games. Survival instincts. A pedestal that can crumble at any moment. An abuse of your most innocent.
These folks have re-written something few can imagine. To know love can overcome every woe. Every pain.
To not just continue the cycle.
Merely seeking glory for self-gain. To prove your worth to the world. Every athlete of our humanity who learns to give back. To hold a new generation. To allow the beauty to flow. In a world where you never grew up with this knowing. That was for someone else – not you.
Change comes with these folks to be the biggest champions of a free heart.
All these medals won to a backdrop of abandoned angry. They don’t even know why they are shouting. They just hate. You’re as easy a target as any. The newspapers. The politicians. Social media tells them who their enemy are – and they believe.
