Splinching – The Journey of staying your Core but learning

For Episode 285 of the podcast

I originally found this labyrinth in an Alice Walker book – The Same River Twice.

It was the expression I had been seeking to patch my own journey together. And then I took out my notebooks and realised I’d drawn similar images for myself to explain what was happening for me.

The pain of staying in my own truth. The pain of splinching myself in relation to others truths.

Ideally, you should be able to travel into experiences. Process them non-personally and find your own growth in the journey of whoever you cross paths with to teach you. They should be lessons – not trials. And a sense of who belongs within your Core/truth with you or not. And that being ok if they don’t.

You don’t have to keep splinching yourself!

Happy Journey,

Naoisé
