Dr. Naoise O’Reilly has worked with my son who has Asperger’s Syndrome. She has provided career development advice and abundant support to help him reach his potential.
Naoise is intuitive, inspirational, encouraging, pragmatic and highly knowledgeable. She instinctively understands the challenges that a person with AS encounters and the way they perceive and process the world they inhabit. And yet she manages to provide practical and attainable solutions to, what at times, can appear insurmountable issues.
In a world that can seem completely at odds with him, she provides a clear and practical path to navigate around and over the challenges he encounters. He trusts her completely and highly respects her. This is not easily achieved with an individual with AS and is perhaps the greatest indication of Naoise’s ability. She is truly a remarkable lady and we thank our good fortune that she was recommended to us.
